We all have the ability to reset our lives.
I am no different than you. I grew up in a traditional family in Toronto, Canada. I went to University, and fell in Love with my husband at twenty years of age. We got married and had four amazing children.
In my forties, after a number of extreme life experiences that pushed me to the edge of my physical, emotional, and spiritual self, the way I once saw myself started to unravel. As I shed all definitions of who I was, I became so present and aware of my Brilliant Natural State of Being.
It was then I was able to open up to my gifts.

This awakening led me to create The Simplicity Platform, and become a pioneer in the field of frequency work. I am devoted to helping others reconnect to their divine true nature. I now use these abilities that awakened in me to help you release and let go of what holds you back from experiencing your Brilliant Natural State—your own limitlessness.
Over the past decade I have helped thousands of people overcome physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges. Through The Simplicity Platform, I offer transformative resources designed to help you clarify and release what no longer serves you, empowering you to return to your natural state. It is a practice that continuously involves letting go of everything that isn’t you. It requires discipline, discernment, and a devotion to return to your heart.
My own evolution continues, as I release more of what does not serve me, I am able to embody more of my limitlessness. That allowed me to open up the space for the One Frequency. The One Frequency embodies creation, unity, love, and a connection to all there is. In this space you will remember what it feels like to be in your divine natural state.
Life is beautiful. We have the choice right now to expand, contract or pause in each and every moment. I see where humanity is going right now. We have the capacity and internal technology to be self-sufficient in every way.
