• One Frequency Activation live, in a group setting, near the Bamboo Forest in Uvita

Recommendations to Get the Most from Your Experience: 

• Enjoy nutritious local food while you’re on your retreat. Visit our local mercado (farmer's market) for fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, dairy, and more.
• Hire a chef for some or all of your meals. Most will provide enough for leftovers. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafes in Uvita.
• Book a hotel or Air BnB near the ocean for access to grounding and releasing.
• Room alone, or with people you know.
• Provide a lot of space and relaxation for yourself.
• Bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and whatever else will make you comfortable for this experience in the tropical climate of southern Costa Rica.
• Don’t schedule adventure outings in advance of your trip. There are many options for things to do in and around Uvita. We recommend you book such activities once you have arrived and know that you you have the time and energy.

We have contacts for local private chefs, massage therapists, and Air BnB’s that we can provide upon request.

Refund Policy: 

There are no refunds unless the event is cancelled and cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control or a personal emergency. In the event that you need to cancel because of unexpected circumstances, we do encourage you to protect your investment at the time of registration with travel insurance for your trip. Registrations for the 5-Day Costa Rica Retreat ARE transferable.

General Conditions:

• Registrants must be over the age of 18 in order to attend. 
• Full retreat fees apply for each attendee.
• Pets are not permitted on this retreat. 
• This is a 5-Day retreat, with no individual day passes offered.
• No alcohol, tobacco, illegal substances or plant medicines to be consumed during Retreat.
• This retreat is not a networking event; no selling of products or self-promotion during the Retreat.
• Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to, and remove, anyone acting in an inappropriate manner. Staff will do everything to provide a safe environment, however we are all accountable for sharing this responsibility.
