Common Questions

Can I bring my kids? We only accept registrants over the age of 18.

Can I bring my pet/s? No animals are permitted at the Retreat.

Can I bring my partner? Only registered guests will have access to this Retreat.

Do I need to bring anything specific for this retreat? Comfortable clothing, water bottle. Whatever would make you comfortable for this experience.

Recommendations:

• Enjoy nutritious food while you’re on your retreat (visit our local mercado for fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, dairy, and more).
• Hire a chef for some or all of your meals. Most will provide enough for leftovers. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafes in Uvita.
• Book a hotel or Air BnB near the ocean for access to grounding and releasing.
• Room alone, or with people you know.
• Provide a lot of space and relaxation for yourself.
• Don’t schedule adventure for this trip. There is a lot to do in and around Uvita and if you feel up to it, you can book once your arrive and know you have the time and energy for it.

We do have some contacts for private chefs, massage therapists, and Air BnB’s that we can provide upon request.

Refund Policy

There are no Refunds unless the event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control or a personal emergency. In the event that you need to cancel because of unexpected circumstances, we do encourage you to protect your investment at the time of registration with Travel Insurance for your trip. Registrations are transferable.

Conditions, Policies

• We only accept registrants over the age of 18. Full retreat fees apply.
• There will be no Day Passes offered for this retreat.
• No alcohol, tobacco, illegal substances or plant medicines to be consumed during Retreat.
• No selling of products or self-promotion during Retreat.
• Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to, and remove, anyone acting in an inappropriate manner. Staff will do everything to provide a safe environment, however we are all accountable for sharing this responsibility.
